Kara is a friend of Vanessa Huxtable who appeared occasionally in Seasons 5 and 6. Her last name is never mentioned. She was played by Elizabeth Narvaez.
In most of her appearances, Kara talks incessantly fast and long, which normally bewilders Cliff to the point where all he can say in response is 'thank you.'
Kara appeared in a total of seven episodes, starting with Season 5's Out of Brooklyn. Her last appearance was in Season 6's Off to See the Wretched, in which she speaks normally. The episode is the only mention of a sibling for Kara, an older brother whose car Kara and her friends take to Baltimore for a concert.
