Synopsis[]
Cliff's Navy friend, Scott Kelly (Robert Culp), comes to visit. Cockroach shaves his head to be in a rock video, but is thrown into humiliation when he is not selected, and Theo is glad he didn't shave his own head yet
Plot summary[]
Cliff and Clair look forward to a visit from their old friends, Scott and Jill Kelly - played by guest-stars Robert Culp and Ann Reinking. Clair knows how foolish Cliff and Scott act when they're together, though, and gives Cliff a warning. The two pranksters must promise to behave themselves and act like grown men - not silly boys - when the foursome dine at a fancy restaurant. Also, Theo and Cockroach contemplate shaving their heads so they can appear in a new hot music video.

- Robert Culp was Bill Cosby's co-star in the 1960s TV series I Spy. His character's name in this episode, Scott Kelly, is a combination of the surname of Cosby's character on I Spy, Alexander Scott, and the first name of Culp's character Kelly Robinson.
- Ironically, Carl Anthony Payne II was fired from the series after the season four episode "Dance Mania" for supposedly refusing to cut his hair at Bill Cosby’s request.
